Those are bits of Sasha's little speech that Andre found quite amusing.
Honestly being in an environment with so many cats is a bit overwhelming for him as well, but he's social enough that he'll be okay
Listening to Sasha laying down the law brightened his day, because to him it was hilarious.
Of course some of the rules were reasonable, being raised in a home of wealth himself, but others were just silly in his mind
This French kitty is very intrigued by his new home and the felines residing in it.
